My experience with Dr. Hoang Nguyen office is wonderful.
- During this pandemic time, I was able communicate with Dr. Hoang and his office staff via phone, text, and email.
- Office staff has been responsive. They called me back when I had request for referral or additional blood test and responded to my text messages.
- Dr. Hoang called me even outside of his office hours to discuss the lab results and make additional necessary referrals and tests.
- I am a new patient to Dr. Hoang this year. He and his office staff deserve good praise and much appreciation!

Dr. Nguyen runs a family practice with both Vietnamese and Spanish speakers to help translate. He attended UCLA medical school and is willing to spend time talking over any condition. His wife, in the front office, is willing to make payment arrangements when insurance doesn't cover everything. They make same-day appointments whenever they can, and once they came in on a Saturday just to see our family. It's an old-fashioned way of treating patients and I feel lucky to have found him.
