“I've had Sammy come to my house twice now for termite treatment and have had great experiences both times. He is very knowledgeable and professional and has always come exactly on time. The first time he came out I was convinced I had termites due to droppings I saw around my porch. Turns out they were cricket droppings, not termites. After pointing this out and doing a thorough inspection of the entire property, he concluded I didn't have a termite problem and didn't need his services at that time. It's so nice to deal with an honest business that isn't trying to upsell you on unnecessary services. The second time Sammy came out I did need a spot treatment in a few areas. He did a thorough job and took the time to teach me how to spot other signs of termite activity besides just the droppings (the only indicator I knew at the time).
