“When I contacted Maria, I had had a broken foot months earlier and discomfort on my life side from my hip down my IT band, Knee with weakness in my ankle and foot. I met with Maria for several sessions. Each session provided questioning, strength building, conversation and a protocol for me to follow. She gave me stretches and strengthening exercises that I could do in my own home or gym at my own time. Each session added on the last and through this process, I gained my strength back in these specific areas of my body. The sessions gave me confidence that I could do this routine and get my strength back. We think of strength in our bodies with an overall fit appearance and ability.
