“Used to be a chain car rental agency customer. Used to be. When I rent, I simply need a reliable inexpensive car to get me from here to there. U-Save is a few blocks from my house, so it's easy. It beat the best price I was quoted at a major agency 3 blocks north of them. Nice friendly staff. Must knock and wait a moment for the LA Cienega-facing door to open, it's locked for their safety and their customers'. I was a walk-in, so my car wasn't pristine but I didn't care. It wouldn't have been fair to expect that as I walked in literally during their worker's lunch hour. For the good price and convenience alone, it was a fair deal. U-Save? I saved. ????”
