“I was here recently for a painful medical problem that I unfortunately deal with often. I end up in urgent care and walk in clinics a lot. Everyone here was very kind and understanding of my problem, very respectful and professional, and clearly concerned with helping me first and foremost. Sometimes, at clinics, I am not believed about pain or other problems, which means that I often need to argue and fight to get the treatment I need. That did not happen here. The doctor I spoke with was not only helpful, but also understanding and empathetic. I really wish this place was covered by my insurance. If I could choose, I would rather go here than anywhere else in the area for minor medical emergencies.”
