I can not say enough great things about the work Shawna did with me over the years. Downtown Charleston has a gem of a psychotherapist and anyone needing some support and guidance should seek her out. Sometimes you think you have a mountain to climb in front of you and she will break it down and keep things simple and attainable. She gave me great tools to be better for myself and have it improve my role as a parent and husband. She won't beat you up...but she will give it to you straight and give you a path to your goals.
