I love this place! The running analysis and follow up program was super helpful to get me on track! Now I run with no knee pain and feel comfortable increasing my mileage knowing that Dr. Jess has set me up with the right things to do to help me crush my next race. Then I'll start LA marathon training!!!

Dr. Jessica is kind, thorough, pleasant to work with, and incredibly knowledgeable about the body, especially in regards to movements related to running. She has helped me with hip pain that I was worried might derail the running I’ve been doing, and the exercises, stretches and advice she has given made my hip feel so much better, and has made me optimistic that I can continue to run for years to come. Dr. Jess is my new go-to running PT! I met her at a run club and decided to get a 3D running analysis done at her gym. We found some things to work on to make my running more efficient. Jessica is amazing. She first helped me me over three years ago when I had a herniated disc. Based on her guidance and expertise, not only did my pain subside, but I was back to running and working out again. Since then, she has continually helped me with shoulder, back and ankle issues. Each time, she educates me on the issue and how to resolve it, which allows me to achieve my goals. She is a great listener and very knowledgeable.
