Taking classes at Pilates fitness Encino make fitness fun. Becky and Ayelet are truly gifted in their teaching styles. They are so attentive to make sure you don’t injure your body and always make sure you have a positive experience. Pilates fitness Encino has truly changed how I feel and relate to my body. And if you’re really lucky, Becky will sing to you!

Becky is an amazing instructor. She tailors the class to your fitness level and pushes you to do more with such positive energy. I have been working with her over zoom for over a year and have seen dramatic improvement in my flexibility and strength. I look forward to going to the studio for an in-person session soon.

" I have been to Pilates Fitness Encino a half a dozen times, each time I'm greeted with open arms and friendly smiles. The staff makes you feel at ease and welcome. My schedule is crazy so I've had 3 different instructors, all 3 were very different in exercises but had the same foundation/pilates principles. They never took their eyes off me. They pushed me safely but never went crazy where I felt I'd get hurt. They also do "Fusion" there, their staff can teach Pilates, weight training, and cardio fitness in 1 hour. Yeah! Thanks PFE:)

I love this place!! The trainers are so knowledgeable and professional. My chronic back pain is much less of a problem now. I know I’m in such capable hands with all of the trainers that work there.
