A year and a half ago I reached out to Steve (and a bunch of other contractors) for a bid on what I thought was a straightforward project. He very quickly and rightfully so burst that bubble.

Fast forward, we end up using an architect, getting plans and permits and then shop around for contractors again to see who might be the best match. Steve blew the other contractors away. He never tried to upsell us, never tried to tell us our vision was bad (though he is not shy when it comes to providing his opinion).

The two most valuable pieces you get when working with Steve:
#1 he always had your back, wether it was calling out poor design choices , not charging us for small changes or showing up during the weekend when we had vagabonds break into our house

#2 he’s a straight shooter. Like it or not Steve will tell you his POV which is backed by experience and you can take it or leave it.

We’re absolutely thrilled with our house and did not regret working with Steve once. If we had more budget he’d be putting in our pool right now.

I needed my house redesigned so i contacted them and they provided me with some of the most fantastic designs i ever saw. I chose a design and they started working on it asap. The workers were very polite and kept the place clean as they worked. They were punctual on time too. I helped them as much as i could and i loved doing things with them. They are a nice bunch of peoples. I will definitely call SK Home Designs and Remodeling if i want another redesign.
