“I just completed the 6 week challenge with PLYO and let me just say it was kind of a dream! The instructors were so helpful and went out of their way to build a relationship with you and your goals, while supporting your form. This is not something I saw myself being able to do but I felt so empowered the whole way through. Honestly, I started it somewhat non seriously but once I started to see results, I got very into it. The schedule is flexible, the classes are small enough for individual attention, and the facility rocks. Special shout out to Johnny, Kyle, and Erika for always bringing the energy to class! The music is fun and the environment meets you where ever you're at.
