“Background: I contracted homeupgradespecliasts for a new AC installation. I did my due diligence beforehand and was impressed by how competitive their offer was , on top of the fact that they offered all the top brands. I also wanted to do everything by the code and unlike some other companies they actually encouraged applying for city permits. They filled the applications quickly and from the day I signed the contract till the installation there was only a few days delay. Day of: I wanted to install the AC on the roof so I needed a crane. They scheduled everything. Everyone was on time and everything was schedule to a T. Crane showed up on time, the crew were professional and courteous and everything was finished in just one day! Inspections and rebates: The inspections and rebates is were their customer service really shined. It took a few rounds of scheduling to get the inspector to come to my house and verify everything. It took almost ONE YEAR for my rebate application to get processed. During this time, they were very responsive to my calls and in multiple instances provided and updated the documentation that the city had asked for. 5 star customer service here. My only recommendation for the team is monitoring the corp email more frequently. Having said that, my phone calls were always answered promptly!”

“I own a formerly fat (surgically altered) very short Canaan type dog and I needed a tiny door leading from my Petaluma home to his little house. While reluctant to do this, at the end of the day even a sneaky, cunning, dishonest and smelly animal deserves a good home and access to it. They were even able to emboss his name "Nate the Great" into the door! I didn't want glass though - He’s extremely ugly and awkward so I’d rather he be visible as little as possible. Think of a rat-hole with a flap on it - Great Job El Monte Team!!!!!!”

“Scottie is very dedicated and passionate coach. I started about four/ five years ago with a negative attitude about working out and what I was capable off. Scottie would always tell me to think positive thoughts and that I could do it. HE WAS RIGHT!!! I could and I can! I really truly enjoy every workout and the encouragement from others who join. Their energy really push me to keep going and to stay consistent. Thank you Scottie!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I just completed the 6 week challenge with PLYO and let me just say it was kind of a dream! The instructors were so helpful and went out of their way to build a relationship with you and your goals, while supporting your form. This is not something I saw myself being able to do but I felt so empowered the whole way through. Honestly, I started it somewhat non seriously but once I started to see results, I got very into it. The schedule is flexible, the classes are small enough for individual attention, and the facility rocks. Special shout out to Johnny, Kyle, and Erika for always bringing the energy to class! The music is fun and the environment meets you where ever you're at. Can't believe I'm saying this but I couldn't recommend the team at plyo if you're looking to get in great shape and learn weight lifting form at the same time! My before and after can be found exclusively at Onlyfa”

“The Holocaust Museum is quite sombering however, it is informative and detailed. The traffic flow within the Museum wasn't bad. Parking is a challenge, and you're needing to reserve your spot before they allow you in. Security is higher in this Museum than most throughout SoCal. It costs $1 to use some earbuds and walk around with a recording about each specific section. Highly recommend that. The details on the recording explain extensively on what each photo and item is as you're walking through. The Museum begins with how and why the Jews were targeted and the steps taken to hold them accountable. There are individual stories to be heard, and graphic photos to assist in understanding the full picture. Staff is nice and allow us to walk through on our own. There wasn't any sort of problem during my experience through the Museum.”

“Comfortable beds and good cable TV. The bathrooms could use a better cleaning job, as I saw lots of different hair and dirt all over the tile floor. The people that run the place are VERY nice. Needs a little sprucing up but it is nonetheless A GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY COMPARED TO ALMOST ALL OF THE OTHER HOTELS AROUND TOWN.”

“Super friendly and super helpful. Not pushy in the slightest on the sales front. And the bed choices are awesome. Walked out with lighter wallet than expected but having a great bed is a massive priority.”

“Great food and service! Love that they're open late hours, which is great for someone who doesn't live in the heart of LA. Icing on the cake was that they randomly gave out free tequila shots on the house to everyone!”

“This restaurant is possibly the best Thai and gets 5 stars for its eclectic atmosphere, service and flavorful culinary specialties. However….I was beyond disappointed that the chicken cashew container seemed half full. I don’t know if this is a normal portion but the noodle dishes were at full capacity while this one was not— and in my opinion the best thing we got. I’m planning on letting them know. Still this place gets 5 stars and then some..because now I want to go back for more tomorrow!”
