“I love this place. Every time I came there I did not have an appointment, but was taken in right away. Several times I came with my daughter and her friend and we all have been taken at the same time and seated together. Last time I went there right before a wedding party (not mine) and I asked the manager to be seated right away but did not have an appointment. I explained her the situation and she seated me right then. The staff is wonderful, the lady manager is super nice and accommodating. There was one time I had gel nails done right before a trip, and for some reason one of the nails came off (I have to admit, not the best job done). I came to her 3 hours before my flight and she was going to take off all my nails for free because of the 'bad service' accommodation. I did not want all my nails to be removed, but rather have the one added on. She did it without any charge or wait. I will continue coming there.”
