(May 18, 2019, 5:50 pm)I was looking for personal training in my area and hit the jackpot with In Shape. I am so pleased with the trainers, the facility and friendly atmosphere. I feel grateful to have found this hidden gem in my own backyard. By the way, this review was not solicited by them, which I can't stand with other businesses. First training is free to try it out. Thank you Colin, Ed and Dena for running such a great place, and thank you to my trainers, Sharon, Veronica and Colin!
