“The complex is interesting. They have laundry which is good. Also a laundromat nearby and grocery store. Recommend they keep the gate fixed and prevent it from being opened by homeless transient. You can use boric acid powder to keep roaches away and lavender for the other bugs. Try to be more protective of your belongings and if you can call a professional to handle things better. Try to be patient when getting something repaired. The area is near a park and an airport so noise is a given thing. The apartments look nice, of course parking will be complicated. Try to shoo away the homeless if you see them, they can't afford housing in general. Freddie is a good guy and there to help you out.”

“They have the best staff on property that I've encountered in any apartment community. They are very responsive and accommodating. The property is clean and safe from what I've experienced. Also, the amenities - pool, 3 gas grills, fire pits, gym - are all great. Plus, location, location, location! The only con is the construction from across the street that has been carrying on for months, but that's out of their control. Other than that, no complaints!”
