After tallking to two local plumbers that I have given all of my business to for many years and being told that they were too busy to even have someone stop by to see if the old water heater was fixable or when they might be able to schedule me, I looked online. From my initial conversation I was impressed with the gentleman who answered and explained the options. I called just before 3 pm. Mario was at my house just after 4 pm. He finished in under 2 hours. He was extremely professional, personable and super organized. He went over everything he was going to do in detail and then proceeded to do everything he covered. I now have a new, upgraded water heater with everything done to current code. Could not have been more impressed with entire experience. FORGET THE BIG BOX STORES and local plumbers.
