We are extremely happy with the service and professionalism of Carpet, Rug and Air Duct Care LA. The gentlemen who cleaned our carpet did a great job. The carpet looks amazing and dried quickly. I would definitely call them again.
Hands down. They are the best carpet cleaners for us. Most reasonably priced and really knows their carpet. Always professional and courteous. Showed up on time and very thorough. Five stars!
The technician/ owner was friendly and very professional. He arrived at the scheduled appointment time even though we live in the middle of nowhere. He gave us written instructions on how to care for the carpets and when to replace the furniture. And most importantly, the carpets looks fabulous! I'll definitely call this company in the future.
I booked a cleaner with less than 24 hours notice with absolutely zero issues. Our tech arrived right in the middle of our appointment window. He was very friendly and extremely fast. Including unloading and loading time, he was done in an hour. Very efficient, and the sofa looks good as new! We will definitely use Carpet, Rug and Air Duct Care LA the next time we need to have our sofa cleaned.
Had Carpet, Rug and Air Duct Care LA come back 1 year later for different part of the house. The technicians did a fabulous job. Great guys, great work, great company. Will definitely use them again.
