Asian Spot

Asian Spot is one of our favorite places for Kababs n Haleem. We got Haleem and Nihari, both are excellent. The samosas and the Naan are pretty good too. In the past we got delicious Biryani too.
I also got some liver and chicken to cook at home later. On the whole they keep a huge variety of stuff. If you like Haleem, Nihari don’t wait, just go get it.

I came here for the first time to pick up groceries. The lady cashier was very friendly and the prices were fair. I'll definitely be coming back for groceries and meat.

Good for local zam zam available all Indian roti dall also halal meat

Simple halal grocery store and restaurant.
Haven't had anything from the restaurant but always a go to place for groceries.
Although not the best in variety but it has all the necessary halal grocery items.

I was in the Northridge area visiting for over a month from Northern Virginia and the Asian Spot was my go-to for all desi khana. Their beef samosas (pictured) are delicious and the chutney makes them even better. They have chicken and veggie options as well. They also serve empanadas (not pictured), spinach, chicken, and beef options, and they are finger licking good. For main dishes, I tried their chicken biryani (pictured), chicken tandoori (pictured), and even catered goat biryani (pictured). I didn't even capture a picture of my favorite, the nihari! And all the naans compliment all their dishes perfectly. Everything I bought was flavorful and appetizing. I mostly interacted with Saalik but his family and all the employees were very welcoming and super friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting or living nearby.
