“This is an excellent swim program! Matt is a great instructor with a program that succeeds in getting babies and toddlers ready to swim. We enrolled my son when he was 2 years old. He had done lessons elsewhere from 7-9 months but from 1 to 2 became scared of the water and wouldn’t let it touch his face. He cried every time we went to the pool. Over the course of 3-4 weeks in Matt’s class, he became extremely more comfortable with the water and now a few months later, he’s practically a fish. He can jump into the water and swim about 10 feet on his own. He can dive to the bottom of the pool and retrieve toys, he can float, blow bubbles, and best of all, he’s learned water safety and can swim to the side of the pool and climb out in his own. He loves to swim now! Matt has a very calm tone with children and is extremely patient and also knows when to push them once they’re ready for more. My son LOVES the songs we sing in class and sings them everywhere we go. We’ve watched several children from ages 4 months to 2 years start the program and go from scared of the water to swimming over the course of just weeks. Matt’s program works and he’s created a fantastic community of kids and parents. We look forward to swim class every Sunday!”
