“I am extremely happy to have found Dr. Olga Rubtsova as my Dentist! She is such caring and sweet person. I get extremely nervous just at the thought of going to the Dentist but with Dr. Olga there’ no need to worry. She made sure to put me at ease. She gave me a thorough explanation of what she would do before starting any procedure and if I got too nervous she was willing to stop. She constantly asked if I was ok during the procedure. I had to get a root canal and crown done. She made sure to find the best treatment for me. I am highly satisfied with her work and her service. Her staff is just as good. Dr. Olga Rubtsova has my full trust!”

“-- UPDATED 11/29 -- Doctor's office called me immediately on Tuesday and had me scheduled on Thursday that same week. I appreciate the dentist reaching out to me personally to get this issue rectified. ---old review--- Very disappointed. I love the dentist but I have no idea how the staff runs the scheduling. I was scheduled on Nov. 9th 2018 and when I got to the office it was empty - the only dentist left was shocked saying that all Friday appointments got rescheduled and was wondering why I did not receive a call. Well, I did not. So I went there and basically left work early and wasted my time for nothing. I got rescheduled to Tuesday Nov. 20th, and on Monday I get a call saying the dentist will not be in on Tuesday so it has to be moved on Friday November 23rd. Well, here I am writing this review because yet again I went to the dental office, wasted my time staring at a locked door after calling multiple times. No one was in the office again, and I was left uninformed that the dental office was closed. Why was I scheduled on a day when no one is going to be in? I took time off of work AGAIN for this. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME. As much as the dentist is great, I will be moving elsewhere. I will also tell my work colleagues and friends about this.”
