My insurance is Hartford and I actually hate them, but the one good thing that did come out of that you-dont-even-get-what-you-pay-for insurance is the introduction to this shop! The other day I came back with an other issue on the rear bumper and what an other auto shop had quoted $1000, Anna quoted $360 and still in the end, she offered an even better and cheaper solution. “I’m only writing this because I noticed 4 star rating when I was sending the link to yet another client who was asking for an honest mechanic. Rafi is always busy so he doesn’t need google rating to boost his business, but 4 star is not fair, specially with all the low ratings being anonymous. My dad has a body shop and he’s been using Rafi and sending clients to him for over 15 years, so did I whoever is asking for a competent and honest mechanic. I’m talking about probably 50-100 people over the years. Every single one of them was blown away with his knowledge and honesty. There was never a problem he could not solve at a very reasonable price. Couldn’t recommend him more.”
