(March 7, 2023, 5:44 am)I've been going here for about a year and have had nothing but good experiences. Ryan is friendly, well articulated, and explains things the best it can be explained. Walked me through everything my insurance covered, what would be paid out of pocket, and was always willing to hear out my concerns we talking about anything my optometrist might have to know about the visit.
I've just gotten new glasses from here with a quick turnaround time. I went it Friday and was called Monday about my glasses being ready. I was walked through different payment options and it was the best experience being explained what different plans there were and what my options could be. Great service, and an amazing staff! :)
(January 6, 2023, 5:16 pm)They did a very thorough job when it came to figuring out which were the right lenses to use for me. My glasses also came in extremely quickly(only one week). Kapil and Ryan both did an extremely good job in conducting my eye exam
(December 2, 2022, 11:24 pm)This place is wonderful. I had the best eye exam experience I have ever had here. Ryan was super helpful. The whole staff really took their time with me and made sure I was informed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!
(September 28, 2022, 6:09 pm)Great service, Ryan was extremely patient and helpful. We transitioned from another optometrist office and we found such a good experience at Khanna Vistion Institute. Ryan helped with the insurance, fixed a pair of glasses and worked with my son to find a new pair of glasses. Definitely recommend.
