“Sometimes it's hard to capture the essence of what makes a practitioner's work effective and magical. I have been fortunate enough to experience different kinds of healing sessions with Elissa. She has helped to move,cleanse and unblock unhealthy or harmful energies that have been stored in my heart, mind and body. I have left Elissa's sessions feeling uplifted and "lighter," as if those minutes were my body heaving a giant sigh of relief. Elissa helped me to release some buried beliefs and stagnant emotional wounds that were stored in my body. I feel that she has a beautiful combination of "mother earth" and "spiritual sister" energy that builds a deep sense of trust. Elissa uses visualizations, the laying on of hands, prayer, chants, yoga, essential oils, and teaching me how to implement my own energy work. She has a background of practices from yoga and Sufism. Working with Elissa has truly been crucial to my healing process, and has helped me to gain new insights about what I've been carrying all these years.
