“I ordered our baby’s furniture set in 2021, consisting of convertible crib, nightstand, bookshelf, changing table, Moses basket, and various bedding add-ons. Like others, our furniture arrived way past the estimated time, long after the baby had been born. The company did go ahead and ship out the Moses basket for us though so we had that and he was staying in our room in that in the early days anyway. Yes it took a ridiculous amount of time and you should plan for that but I still highly recommend them. The quality of the furniture is unparalleled. The entire set is a thing of beauty - a weighty, solidly made heirloom piece. There is nothing that compares on the market for quality and nothing as completely non-toxic. They even use cold-pressed linseed oil - they thought of everything in regard to off-gassing and toxicity. Yes it’s expensive and yes you will have to wait. It’s worth it entirely though. If we have another child, I will order another set. I had a good customer service experience with Edward. Keep in mind that it’s a small company!”

I have only been seeing Anthony as my counselor for a few weeks and I was very hesitant to start therapy as I knew I had a trip planned that would make me miss my session. “This place! Wow! I’ve never experienced customer service like I did with Michelle and Ally. It was my first time inside this location and my first time purchasing (the other one down the street needs to hire better people who actually help). They took their time with me helping me find my new favorite pair of pants! They were both super knowledgeable and answered every question I had with specific details that allowed me to understand the function of shirts, pants etc. I also talked to one about the mirror, I think I might buy one of this sale is continuing for a bit but Michelle helped me see what it was all about and walked me through the programs!
