“Attended this school 1969-1971. The teaching staff were largely graduates from black colleges and universities who had migrated to California and went to grad schools locally. They were solidly dedicated. The non-black personnel were committed to civil rights and access for the students. The school was a safe haven for kids and parents who wanted more. Most students lived in the projects and presented huge challenges. I received a strong foundation here.”

“It’s a really nice place, currently there are two churches on the property, the second one being Principio Y Fin (Beggining and the End). Both are really nice places and have friendly members.”
