“We made the mistake of having a regular contractor assemble our cedar hot tub. When it reached completion and we tested it out, there were leaks, water was going everywhere and things weren't rigged right. Fortunately, we were able to get Walter to come take a look at it. He knew exactly the problem and how to fix it. He came back next week and got our tub in tip top shape and gave us plenty of tips on how to maintain it as well as walk us through the functionality of all the moving parts.
