“I recently went and had a session with Ricky this past Sunday. I brought my gf, who with some skepticism, I finally got to bring. Ricky and I are old acquaintances from High School, and I could already tell how balanced and positive he was when we greeted each other. The area in which he does his sessions is beautiful and vibrant. He explained the basics of Reiki and meditation to my gf and I. We began the session with visual meditation, then we finally began the part where we healed each other using our hands. Ricky explained to my gf how to use her hands to scan my body and feel for an area that felt hot or strange.
