“Updated on 11/29/18: This is a fit family that trains together, support each other, and are there for each other beyond the gym walls. This is a gym where members support each other through fitness, mental health and provide true friendships. When I first joined, I would get winded going up a flight of stairs. Now I can carry both of my children (ages 10 & 4) up those stairs and still have energy to race them down the hall. I have taken time for myself within this gym, under the support of an incredible coaching staff and it has given me a confidence I've never known before and lifelong friendships. I need motivation, personal training and accountability. This is not just a gym. This is a family. Everyone is there training together, getting healthy, stronger, and pushing each other through each rep, punch, and kick. Coach Rod, along with Alex, Garret, Carlos and Sterling are there for you, always. My son is also involved in the martial arts program and it has quickly become is favorite thing. He is gaining self-confidence and skills!”
