“I picked up my rental 2 days ago for a 4-day rental. It went super smooth and had Great Customer Service provided by Rodolfo. He made the process super smooth and easy! Thank You Again! They have several vans that do the airport shuttle service, Quick and easy. They also have a greeter at the entrance that checks some of your documents and reminds you what’s standard at any car rental place (they will set a hold on your card for incidentals/tolls, etc., that’s the standard everywhere! Don’t act surprised). Also, if you are not planning on buying the insurance they offer, then be ready to provide your own (Yes, you need insurance when you rent any car!). If you have it ready, it’ll make it easier on you and on them, everything will be faster. When you arrive, expect a line, but they have several agents working to help out, they even have additional agents via an iPad, which makes the line go faster. Overall, Highly Recommended!!!”

“I rented a small SUV in February 2019. They were fairly busy when I got there, but the line kept moving consistently. I did not feel pressured to buy any of the "extra" services. I was pleasantly surprised that I got to pick out my rental also. The drop off procedure was very easy, and their price was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the whole process.”

“Great experience with Hertz. Their check-in and check-out process was extremely speedy. Would highly recommend signing up for Hertz Gold as they will have your name on a series of monitors highlighting where your vehicle is. Just had to find the parking spot number - keys were already in the car and everything was ready to go. Returning the vehicle was just as easy, park the car in their return lane and they email you the receipt later. No issues at all!”

“Outstanding service from the management team with some issues I experienced with my rental. The car was relatively clean but didn't look like it was waxed at all. Went out of my way to buy the materials to put a couple coats of wax on the car. Brought this up to Brittany and her assistant. They promptly compensated me making every effort to ensure I was completely satisfied and taken care of. Thank you again, will definitely be returning next year.”

“I was looking for a convertible to rent over the weekend and came across LA Rent A Car. I wasn't looking for anything luxury, so I decided to rent a mayo-colored Mini Cooper. The total came to $210, which wasn't since only the super exotic and luxury car rental companies carry Mini convertibles and usually charge upwards of $300. The manager Ali (super adorable) rented me the car and showed me how to put the top down. He was really nice and professional. He took his time and made sure I knew how the radio, windows, and A/C worked. He even let me leave my car at their lot for free! When I returned the car, a lady named Sammy assisted me and was just as nice. It was a bit out of the way for me to rent a car near LAX but it was well worth the value and experience. I'll be back Al!”
