“I have a package of souvenirs from Iceland but the souvenirs shop missed spelled my address so the package was not deliverable. I went to a couple of post offices and one person told me to talk to the supervisor Kris at this location if anyone can find a package it will be her! I went in and spoke to Kris this morning, she took down the info and looked into it and let me know that they don't have the package in her facility but will contact me if it surfaces. I went home and got a call from Kris and letting me know she spoke to the carrier and still cannot locate my package but gave me suggestion to put in a package interception request, even though unfortunately it only works for domestic shipment and not mine but Kris was so helpful and patience and really take my request seriously and want to locate my package for me. If anyone who lives in DTLA and need to look for something, please contact Kris at this USPS office. She is golden!”

“Our son is in the World Fit For Kids program in San Fernando at Morningside Elementary school and we can't say enough about their program lead Kim and coaches Kareena and Gabi. We were accustomed to seeing our sons development mostly result from the main teaching staff in his class and have been really surprised to see this development continue due to this great after school program. From their effective focus on nutrition to helping the kids with homework, they somehow engage these kids while caring for them and having fun despite them already been at school all day. This has been a daily positive experience for us and we are very happy to take part in this.”
