Andrew and Chad did a fantastic job fixing my water heater which had a glitchy pilot light which mysteriously wouldn't stay on after being lit, thus restoring much-needed hot water to my residence. I was pleased that I was able to schedule an appointment the same day I called, and Andy and Paul were punctual in their arrival the first day the water heater was looked at. Paul determined right away that a gas control valve needed replacement, and was kind enough to point out that since the water heater was still under warranty with the company, I could order it directly and have it shipped with expedited shipping, and then have the work done and be reimbursed by the company for the cost. This saved me a lot of money that I would have otherwise had to spend. As soon as the part arrived, I was again able to schedule an appointment for Andrew and Chad to come out and install the part which they installed perfectly with no issues or problems.
