Andrew and Chad did a fantastic job fixing my water heater which had a glitchy pilot light which mysteriously wouldn't stay on after being lit, thus restoring much-needed hot water to my residence. I was pleased that I was able to schedule an appointment the same day I called, and Andy and Paul were punctual in their arrival the first day the water heater was looked at. Paul determined right away that a gas control valve needed replacement, and was kind enough to point out that since the water heater was still under warranty with the company, I could order it directly and have it shipped with expedited shipping, and then have the work done and be reimbursed by the company for the cost. This saved me a lot of money that I would have otherwise had to spend. As soon as the part arrived, I was again able to schedule an appointment for Andrew and Chad to come out and install the part which they installed perfectly with no issues or problems. They were both friendly and professional. Thank you for your attention to service and integrity! And I appreciate the prompt service so I can take a hot shower now! :)”

“Thank You Billy!! Our sofa looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. We had some young visitors and one drew on the back of our off-white microfiber sofa with black ball point pen. The idea of the ink coming out didn't look very promising. Our stain guard warranty that was added to the sofa when we purchased it had expired, but I called the place where we purchased the sofa anyway asking what we'd do or who we'd call if it were still under warranty. They said if we were still under warranty then PRIUS CARPET CLEANING Carpet & Upholstery is the local company who would do the work to get the stain out. I called and made an appointment. The woman on the phone did say they can not guarantee pen ink will come out it's one of the harder stains to take out, especially on off white. We made the appointment. Billy came to the house, looked at the stain and told us the same thing. He said he'd do his best, but he doesn't know if it will come out or if we'll still be able to see it. He worked his magic (and it was a hot day and we don't have air-conditioning. I don't know many people who would work that hard in the heat). We were so happily surprised when he was done. That stain is gone! Our sofa looks brand new! We're still doing a happy dance. It's rare to see people taking their work seriously and having such attention to detail. We've gotten used to being disappointed by a lot of mediocre work and Billy is just awesome! He really does his best, as if it's his own home. We are so happy and so thrilled. Not that I don't absolutely love Tracy Britton -- I do -- it is more of a sense of wishing to shelter someone and something truly wonderful that one fears would suffer if too widely known. She does excellent work training actors and specializes in child and youthful actors though I inhabit the farther end of that distribution. The list of her abilities and mastery are astonishing -- find out for yourself! Brava and all success to Tracy and those who have had the good fortune to study with her.”
