If you setup an account, you can rent the movie or game using the app, it will reserve your items, all you do is go and pick them up, you'll earn points that can be used to get free movies. One thing I don't like is that some nasty self-conscientious people return the items all dirty with greasy stains or scratches, but that's not Redbox fault.”
