  Jerry was fantastic!! Incredible skill and personality. We loved him and his incredible work!! He has cracked the code on customer service. We had carpets cleaned and dryer vent cleaned. We will certainly call for additional services in the future. Carpet Cleaning Lynwood CA is a great company.

  I contacted Jerry on Facebook and he got back so quickly and even called. I needed two 5x8 rugs cleaned so we scheduled an appointment. When Jerry arrived to clean my rugs there was a hiccup; I have natural fiber carpets and water can't be applied to them. Jerry actually told me he wouldn't clean them because he didn't want to ruin them, which was amazingly honest and kind. He told me how to get my rugs cleaned and explained why he wouldn't be able to do it (the water would shrink the rugs). It's so amazing to meet someone who is honest and looks out for their customers. He was super friendly and above all professional. I'm still amazed that he told me the truth and turned down money...coming from CA where contractors are rarely honest it was a breath of fresh air.
