Guidance and Help with all machines as not all of us are familiar with them.. The trainers are really there to help you with any questions you may have... One of the trainers is a Massage therapist (Byron) gives great massages!! Overall a great, fun, and enthusiastic workout place

They are very helpful both with your workouts and helping you learn proper eating habits. The prepped meals they sell are delicious and at a reasonable price. If you want to get some real results this is the place to be.

I do get regular massages and I don't always leave feeling like my knots have been worked on, but I have been satisfied every time I've been to Byron.
