YamOGA Yoga & Sound Therapy

I have known Yama and her family for many years. I had a good fortune to be among her first clients- from then to present time. Yama has added valuable aspects to her yoga classes - the Tibetan bowls and Meditation. She is a gifted instructor as she is skilled, gentle, knowledgable and aware. As an older person, I need these qualities in an instructor. Finally, Yama has helped me a great deal with my back issues, making my life so much better.

As a beginner I was warmly welcomed and made to feel special. Anita is skilled and her class is fun and very relaxing. I am starting to feel very healthy and fit.
