“Absolutely no clue as to why this place has a 3.5 star rating! I was recommended to go to this place by a relative in Malibu (and even check out their spa) but I'm so upset that I didn't check it out until the end of my trip! It's quiet and private, the food is absolutely phenomenal and the staff is attentive. Valet was either $8 or $10 - it's Malibu, I don't know why people are complaining about valet when it's basically the only option at any restaurant you go to on PCH unless you want to park across the road or way past the restaurants. When I head back into the area, they will be seeing me again! Definitely a new fave.”

“Excellent food, attentive staff and well look at that view... Does it get better than this? As long as my son attends Pepperdine, we will be sure to visit for a phenomenal brunch. We were able to get in immediately as walk ins, would not recommend that. Make a reservation don’t forget a jacket and sunglasses. Can be a little breezy and bright on the patio, but who would want to eat inside?!”

“adorable cafe at the end of Malibu pier. I’m usually weary of pier eateries as they tend to be touristic and lacking in quality. This one is the total opposite and worth a visit on its own. Chic and cozy beach decor, dynamic menu options from coffee to juices and snacks to meals. Lots of seating inside and out, and it does get busy. I especially love the surf rider bulletproof coffee.”

“The staff were wonderful to work with and very accommodating to my large party of about 15. Our waiter was very friendly and made no mistakes with our orders. We had a beautiful table facing the large windows and overlooking the ocean. We arrived at the perfect time to watch the sunset. The atmosphere was upscale and added to a more intimate ambience despite the business of the restaurant. The drinks were delicious and they had a wide variety of options. I really enjoyed the seafood plates. The steak was also some of the best I have had.”

“I don't really understand how this place doesn't average 5 stars. Every time I've ever visited I've come away impressed and satisfied. Strong, tasty cocktails. Premier, simply seasoned but perfectly cooked steaks. You can get a $200 steak here, but even the $50 steaks are amazing. Sides and appetizers are great too. And don't forget to end your visit with some butter cake! Service is TOP FLIGHT too. I love this spot :)”

“You might not even notice this place driving by on the Pacific Coast Highway, but pay attention! I had fresh swordfish with salad and steamed veggies. My only disappointment was that all of those things would really shine with some fresh herbs or some seasoning... All I found was salt and pepper, which did enhance everything, especially the fish. The veggies... Not nearly so much. We ate late lunch on their outdoor patio which is set up family style with picnic tables. Those are covered in red and white plastic gingham and were very clean. Through and over the patio enclose there is a nice view of the ocean across the street and, surprisingly, you really don't notice the regular street traffic so much.”
