I like this store REI. They have really nice stuff. They have good sales.

Great customer service with an attentive and knowledgeable staff. I was looking for rain gear for my upcoming trip and needed the appropriate gear for being outdoors for hours. I was able to find or there was staff available to ask questions about fabric and brands. One of the few places where each of the staff knows the products. My first time at REI and now I know why it is rank among the top places in customer service.

Very very knowledgeable. I have several hiking shoes problems and my husband brought my hiking shoes there which I used it only three times and hurt my foot. Danny explained to me the volume of the shoe which was the height on the top was not high enough for my feet. He recommended three pairs and let me tried. He was very patient and kept explained to me. Super good service. Always a good place to shop.
