Within three minutes of talking to her, she sent me a google image of the location of my unit, asked me confirm my unit's location, she also researched online confirming the unit's square footage, and provide me with a quote. She made the scheduling process easy, plus the number of details she covered gave me utmost confidence that RayAccess is top notch. Today Jonathan came out and delivered big! The interior and exterior windows look great. He used a 40 foot pole to reach the exteriors from the ground, and then turned around to use the same pole, to reach down from the roof, to reach other windows. What determination!
