“I started going to the weight training program about six weeks ago. Working out with free weights isn’t anything new to me, but it’s been a few years since I’ve been in a gym. I’m enjoying my workouts and accomplishing my goal of feeling stronger. Christian is a great trainer, friendly and all around good guy. He keeps the atmosphere light and motivating. He’s also very knowledgeable and will switch up the exercises to accommodate your limitations and/or injuries. I have found all of the staff/coaches very friendly, helpful and they are there to support you in reaching your desired fitness goals.”

Peaceful plane to come visit and meditate during the week, busy with families picnics chairs & children on weekends and holidays. “I scratched my car pretty deep against a brick wall and was very nervous about getting it fixed but Mr. Garcia did a great job. My car looks new! His shop is down an alley and has a sign on the gate if you take a left at the pale yellow house near a private parking lot. He is a small business owner so be respectful if he has a wait before working on your car. It is well worth it considering the great price and work he offers!”

“A true hole in the wall Chinese restaurant in Arcadia. There is an interesting assortment of dishes on the menu, most of which I am unfamiliar with. I like spicy food and was not disappointed. However, if you don't like your food on the spicy side you have the option of having it prepared milder. I will be going back to try a lot of those dishes which all sounded interesting and I am willing to bet that I will enjoy them. They also have a bustling takeout business.”
