“The church does expositional teaching going through the Bible book by book. The worship is a blend of contemporary music with a few hymns interspersed throughout the service. “Arrive a bit early and you get donuts and coffee... Coming back after being gone for a year, it's still a genuine, spirit-filled family experience. I love it. It's also an action-oriented church. They are one of the few churches I see actually serving OTHER churches and ministries. The church members take it upon themselves to pray for and serve other ministers/pastors in LA, holding programs to bring denominations together and helping heal families. Really powerful. They also do a LOT of activities for saving spiritual lives at local colleges around LA (UCLA, PCC, Cypress, Cal State LA & LB, Pomona, East LA)... God bless this church family. Definitely check it out and make sure to take time to talk to the pastors before you leave! 🙏”
