“I found this awesome auto shop on Yelp and another plus for me was that it was only 2.0 miles away from home. All the reviews are accurate both Marco and Brenda are friendly and they explain everything from A-Z in detail. Fortunately for me the other person involved in the accident was able to pay the shop directly. Once they received payment Marco ordered the parts needed. I came in so that they could match the paint of my new bumper to my car and I brought my car in the next day for a same day repair. I dropped it off at 8am and my car was done by 4pm. The quality of work is excellent they even washed my car it looked brand new again. I'm super happy with my auto repair and will be using them again if needed in the future.”

The audacity to say, “they charged me $75 to remove two bolts.” If it were just “two bolts” why on earth didn’t you do it yourself?? Because you don’t have tools? We do and we paid hard earned money for them. Because you might strip the bolts? We know how to remove those. Because you might snap the bolt? We’ve learned through trial and error how to extract those. Because you don’t have the patience? Neither do we, for people like you. Because it’s in a difficult spot and you don’t know how to get to it? We can. It’s time to face the fact that you don’t have the skills we do and badgering us about our worth is incredibly disrespectful. Stay in your lane.”
