Alpine Locksmith

So, I walked out of the side door into the garage, locking it from the inside before I went out. Then, I remembered I forgot my house keys. Called a couple places before hand and they jerked me around. Called Alpine and he arrived at my place in 45 minutes. Life-saver.

If you are looking for a lock smith please call these awesome and humble people! I lost my only truck key and these lovely people came out and in a quickness were able to provide me with a new key! I also had problems with my ignition switch and Francisco and his Wife fixed it without a hesitation! I am so happy with there service! i recommend Alpine Locksmith to anyone out here in the AV they went above and beyond of my expectations!! If I could give then 10 stars I would!! Francisco & his wife (I’m assuming) were tremendous! In 31°F weather, I had been trying to access my property using every reasonable method possible (& I mean EVERY) for over an hr last night to no avail, with a 4 year old in tow. I called around for locksmiths for 20 minutes & every one of them quoted $175-$380 (& this was just for the bottom lock, NOT the deadbolt) or had no locksmiths in my area. I called Alpine a quarter to 8:00pm to my place in Top/Central AV. They responded right away & he originally quoted me the cheapest thus far. Took them about an hr to arrive. They were prepared, very friendly, & handled the matter with haste & care. Though it did take them about 30-45 minutes (it was such a difficult lock!!), they were steady-handed, focused, & worked well together. The woman was so sweet to my child. They got in with NO DAMAGE to my property & he also gave me 15% off on the service which he didn’t have to. Two things I’m certain of after this: 1) I have a very secure lock; even without the deadbolt in place! And 2) I would definitely use/recommend them again, without a second thought!

I lost my keys while on a long walk with my dog. I'm 6 months pregnant and my feet were already swollen from the walk. Needless to say i was a bit of a mess. He was here in less than 30 minutes from when I called and was able to get me in my home pretty quickly considering I had both the door and security screen. It cost $75 which I thought was a great deal for after hours and technically 4 locks. Very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use them again, but hopefully I don't need to ;)
