(January 23, 2019, 11:55 am)Easiest car buying experience of our life. We found the car we wanted online and had it transferred to the Palmdalr location. When it arrived they found a flat tire, so they replaced all 4 tires! We came in to test drive, loved it, and completely all the paperwork in less than 2 hours. The sales people were all super nice, not your typical car salesmen. We'll definitely shop here again the next time we need a car!

Everyone I spoke to at this location was very kind and personable. This was my first time financing for a car. I highly recommend this location for great customer service and a smooth car buying experience.
(January 7, 2019, 12:20 am)Definitely the easiest car buying experience I've had. I found the car I wanted online and has it shipped from Idaho. It was here in a week and I went and got it. Kim was great and she is very personable. Thank you CarMax for the very pleasant experience. I would recommend anyone looking for a car should start here.

(January 3, 2019, 4:10 pm)I had the best experience! I found my dream car online, called and got immediately connected to a very nice sales woman. I mentioned I'd come in a few hours to see it and she held it for me so no one else would buy it. I had a quick test drive, filled out some paperwork and was out of there in no time. Very impressed by the service... and I love driving around town in my dream car, a 2017 Porsche Macan. Thank you, Diana!!!
