“It has improved since my last experience 2 cars ago. Still a bit pressured, but in a helpful way. It all happened so fast, until 3 hrs of final forms and closing stuff. Still, that's the nature of car dealerships. This dealership is a nice local dealership, and so far, the managers and sales people have all been friendly, polite and helpful. It really is a Buick GMC place and Cadillacs just happen to be there. I prefer to shop for my luxury vehicle in a nice posh environment, sipping a complimentary Keurig at least, possibly warm cookies like Lexus, who have a multi-coffee drink machine as well. Just a different socioeconomic geography.”

“The rooms are slightly dated but the polite staff, free breakfast AND dinner more than make up for it! Plus they have have free wine and beer during their dinner time. Food was great and beats having to eat out. Rooms also have a kitchenette if you want to cook. I would definitely stay here again. I travel a lot for work and this is by far my best experience!”

Not necessarily the one I wanted but still a nice clean car. And they did their 186 point inspection and put new tires on it, changed all the fluids and put a new battery in it. I got a 2014 Chevrolet Sonic. I was expecting to be turned down but I don't think it even crossed their minds. Very helpful and nice, I would definitely recommend them to friends or anyone looking for a used car. In fact I already did and I got a $50. Bill because he bought a mini van from them. I am very happy with Camacho in the Palmdale auto mall.”
