“I had been looking for a safe, and temperature controlled storage space for my wine for long term cellaring, and was referred to the wine grotto by my colleague who works in the wine industry. Even before my first appointment the staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, and I was able to bring my wine with me even to my first appointment! The facility is very secure, and there are amenities to help transport your wine from your car to your locker. They have a great video on their website that goes into detail of all of the features to help keep your wine cool! Highly recommend.”

I visited the location and met with Sarah who was very helpful in getting me set up and again showed great customer service! She walked me through the process and paperwork.
