“We had been searching for a Lexus GX 470 for some time and when one popped up nearby, I called N&N Auto Collection right away to see if it was available. Arman responded quickly and arranged the car for me to see even though he had sent it to get detailed. I met with him and he allowed me to take ample time to check out the vehicle thoroughly. I'm pretty mechanically inclined so I inspected the vehicle inside, outside, under the hood, under carriage, etc. I knew the common problems these vehicles had so I knew what to look for. Arman also provided me with the Carfax report which showed the vehicle's history. I liked what I saw and Arman had it priced very fairly. He gave me the total cost including the tax, tags, registration and I gave him a deposit so that I could get the certified check from my bank a couple days later. I came to pick up the vehicle with the check and he had all of the paperwork ready. Signed the paperwork and he handed me the keys. I was literally done in 5 min. If you're shopping for a car, I highly recommending doing your research and know what to look for. If you are not mechanically inclined, get a pre-delivery inspection done by a local mechanic and they will tell you the if the vehicles has any issues and what the overall condition is. I truly appreciate how professional and transparent Arman was and how quickly he communicated with me when I had any questions.
