My entire process from reserving a truck to returning it was buttery smooth. When I made the reservation online, one of the employees called the following days to check in and confirm all the details. While picking up in person, everything felt effortless. The employee who was helping me out, her communication was pleasant - she was patient, informed and very helpful in explaining the terms and even bringing out the truck. I did an after hours return through the mobile site and there were no issues there either.

Would rent from here again.

I've used this location many times whether it was me moving or helping someone move and the customer service is outstanding even when phased with a lobby full of customers. They keep their cool and get to everyone when they can. I love the friendly service I receive every time. Some of these negative comments are bad. I'm sure Uhaul has their own policies on how to do business. They do it to keep all of us safe.

First off. Do not let the appearance of the this place ruin your preconceptions about their doughnuts and coffee. Top notch in quality and taste. Health code rating is A, the staff is friendly, and they have one of the best ham and cheese croissants. If you want the classics this is the place to go. Seating inside was not yet open but there is room to chill outside but no tables yet. Covid sucks.

I love coming to this donut shop! The place is always very clean and the donuts are SO DELICIOUS. They have many other fun treats as well like their quesadillas! Definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking fresh, yummy & affordable desserts.
