The service staff is pleasant but needs to listen to customers and deliver the order as they requested. Example no tortilla means I don’t want to be forced to throw it away. There should be other vegetables in the fish soup. Not just onions, Cilantro and tomato.”

With some of the produce coming from Kellogg's Farm, along with beers and wines from the campus brewery, it truly is "farm to table" for many items. The R@KR is the most affordable place for a nice meal, prepared and presented with impeccable service, in an elegant setting. I would talk about my meal but it is always changing. All I can say is that it was all delicious. “I always drive past this place and finally decided to try it. Ir was better than expected. The asada burrito was really good. My husband didn't care for the shrimp burrito too much. My kids had the cheese enchiladas and loved them. They also ordered chicken nuggets and they looked and tasted like fresh chicken. Definitely recommend.”

“Awesome food, my wife and I have been coming here for 10 years and no complaints. the chef Jimmy is a really nice guy. His wife also. I order the same thing over and over because it's so good. My wife loves the curry chicken I go for the black bean chicken with white rice and two sides of fried shrimps really good. The house chow mein is very great. we mostly order the specials that is made to order. where he cooks it right there and then. They do have pre made food but I love to see him at the wok..lol there are pre-made dishes you couldn't choose from if you like..”

I’ve missed many years of delicious family friendly Mexican food. The family has been there for 20 years and it shows! They’re very friendly and loving people and it came be tasted in their food. If you’re driving through the Pomona area and even passing through in I-10 do yourself a solid and pull off at Towne Ave and head north and grab yourself some goodness. We looked on google maps and this was close to us and we decided to try it, BEST decision we ever made! The food was so delicious!! I’m Hispanic and to me those were flavors I have never tasted! My cousin thought the same! And he’s almost a good expert haha The food was so good that we decided to get a 3rd plate and me and my cousin shared it and every plate we got was amazing!! Then we wanted refills but instead we got a mango smoothie and omg let me tell you that was the best mango smoothie I’ve ever had in my life!! We took a sip and boom an explosion of flavor and I looked up at my cousin to see if he felt the same and he was already looking at me to see my reaction! It was so dang good that I forgot to take a picture! Overall great food! But Service can be better but I completely understand, he gets busy and it’s hard for the owner to attend, but the food makes up for it ! 10/10!!”

“This new spot is one I'm looking forward to coming back too, especially as it ages and expands its menu. It is definitely worth the try! I got the Ribs/Chicken set meal with Green Chili sauce. The sauce was a bit sweet, spicy, and overall really tasty and made me really excited to try the other ones. The meat was cooked wonderfully soft but still succulent and the nice range of sides was enjoyable. Having a range of sides was an awesome touch and I felt very satisfied by the end of the meal. There's definitely some room for improvement, the mac and cheese was a bit bland, the salad could use more than just some iceberg and cherry tomatoes, and I'd have loved way more sauce on my ribs. However, it's a new restaurant so I can understand wanting to control costs a bit. Will be going back soon!”
