“I’m a regular now for a couple years. The customer service is there, just not as consistent. The place is clean and tidy and there’s plenty of benches and counter tops. The only thing I don’t like is that every time I use their machine, somehow.. it always charges me a quarter extra. I mentioned it to the owner and he gave me .50 cents back (even though it probably happened more than that).. but since then, it’s happened twice more. Not all machines do this.. but I still would rather have the machines not eat my change.”

“I've never had DRAPES cleaned before. But, after 4 years in the new house, the drapes that were here when we moved in needed SOMETHING! The previous owners had cats, so they were damaged. They were dirty. They looked so bad, I was tempted to replace them. But, it was worth a try. I didn't know what to expect - prepared for a train wreck. But, ... “I called South Bay Carpet Cleaning because my carpet was dirty and stained, I was nervous because I was hosting an event at my house the next day and really wanted to get the carpet cleaned last minute. Marty really extended himself and squeezed me in the same day. He charged me what he quoted me (yay) and his price was very reasonable. He finished my apartment in a flash.The carpet looks great and dried quickly. Im so thankful and I was able to host my event with a freshly cleaned carpet.”
