“Reid and his team are great! I would not take my car anywhere else. My steering wheel was shaking while breaking — which I thought indicated the front rotors were warped. I brought the car into the Penske Buick dealership. After a $260 diagnostic fee, Penske gave me an estimate of over $5,000 saying that I needed new front and rear shocks, new front and rear pads, new front and rear rotors, a wheel alignment, and brake fluid change. My car is well kept and only has 50,000 miles in it. I brought my car to Reid’s for a second opinion and he said that estimate was completely ridiculous. He walked me through every part of that they said needed to be replaced and showed me why they were wrong. As anticipated, the real issue was the front rotors being warped / rusty. Reid attempted to machine off the rust to save some money but was unable to get it off since the rust was so deep. He replaced only my front brake rotors and gave me a brake fluid change. He saved me thousands and got it all done the same day with a smile and some good humor. Could not recommend Reid more.”

“Took my Ford Explorer in the other day. Had an unusual problem with no code showing.I knew this because I took it to another trans shop the previous day. My truck has no dip stick to check fluid level, or viscosity, as many newer cars. Basic service was the common sense answer. So far so good! Trans much smoother than before, and I paid $80.00 less for basic service than first shop. Guess I'm like a lot of folks that get my oil done on time, but ignore the trans until there's a problem. Lesson learned. Angel and Cesar are honest and very reasonable!”
